Ammonia Revamp Project

Cost: Rs 200 Cr.

Project Event: The company has signed an agreement with Topsoe, Denmark, the technology licensor, for providing the Basic Engineering Package (BEP), proprietary equipment supply, and commissioning assistance. The RFQ for the EPC contractor is likely to be released at the end of October 2024. The project will be executed on an EPC basis and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of FY 2027-28.

Ammonium Nitrate Greenfield Project

Cost: Rs 300 Cr.

Project Event: The board meeting has concluded, and the company has approved the investment in Weak Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate. Additionally, the company has appointed AT Kearney as a Strategic Management Consultant to help set the strategic direction. With Kearney’s appointment, a comprehensive plan outlining short-, medium-, and long-term measures will be presented to the Board over the next six months, guiding the company's future growth.
