The price of 96% paraformaldehyde in the Mumbai market has seen a reduction. Indian Petrochem analysts indicate that this change is due to slight fluctuations in supply and demand as well as raw material costs affecting the production of this essential chemical. On August 27, 2024, the price of paraformaldehyde 96% decreased by Rs.2/kg, dropping from Rs.80/kg to Rs.78/kg.
