There is a landlord mentality amongst companies like ONGC and OIL when it comes to their E&P assets.

OIL, for example, has come out with a new production enhancement scheme

But industry sources are claiming OIL wants to pocket all the benefits and give nothing much back to the contractor

Essentially, it looks like OIL PSUs do not want the scheme to work at all
