When it comes to working with small E&P fields on a comprehensive basis, from designing to supervision, the big three E&P service providers are not really interested

But the point to note is that this is a complex enough job, and entails a high level of expertise, but amongst the contenders, we found two companies, which did not have a functional website of their own.

In today's day and age a website is a minimal requirement, it is a window that a company opens to the world outside showcasing their expertise and services, and how does a company compete, though there is no bar in putting in bids, without a functional website to show?
