ONGC is now going through Design Engineering Consultants now to do most of its work

It is a good way to go, through the FEED process and on to bidding and tendering and up to final commisisoning using the DEC

So what kind of consultants are coming in for these kind of projects, particularly onshore projects which are less sophisticated than offshore projects?

And what kind of money are they looking for?
