Like the big four vendors in consultancy, there are the big three in E&P

And they are always competitive

But this is a really big contract, worth Rs 100 crore plus, where one of them got the rate really far lower than its nearest contender

Did the L-1 got the rate too high or the L-1 got it too low

There will be a lot of heartburn here, both for the L-1 as well as the L-2
