BHEL indigenously develops E&P equipment: But is it serious enough to find a market? – 20 Jun 2024

It is good to see BHEL participating in a large E&P tender for a piece of expensive equipment which the company proudly claims to be developed indigenously for the first time in India.

But is it serious enough about selling its equipment? For ONGC saw no real signs of enthusiasm from the public sector company.

Also, will BHEL be able to put up with a determined private sector competitor?

And also with a couple of international companies?
