HOEC has admitted that its attempt to remove the blockage in its gas export flow line in the B-80 block in offshore Mumbai
Even though the reservoir blockage has been lifted, and the two wells -- D1 and D2 -- are showing no issues, the export pipeline blockage removal effort has failed
