LyondellBasell, based in the Netherlands, successfully acquires the Mepol Group, a recycled technical compound manufacturer operating in Italy and Poland
The Mepol Group and its subsidiaries will now integrate into LyondellBasell's Advanced Polymer Solutions business unit
