The company is a step-down subsidiary of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., Mahadhan AgriTech Ltd (MAL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DFPCL, holds a 100% stake in the company, PCL is constructing a 510,000 MTPA ammonia manufacturing facility in Maharashtra, close to DFPCL's existing facilities, which is facing delays but is expected to be operational by August 2023
