NCLAT dismisses plea on bid issuance – 31 Mar 2023

Jindal Stainless's appeal against Mittal Corp.'s debtors issuing a new Request for Resolution Plan has been denied by NCLAT. The tribunal further stated that Jindal Stainless may oppose the RP's request for the sanction of SSPL's bid
