Jindal Poly Films has recently acquired 100% shareholding of another company through a Share Purchase Agreement. As a result, the acquired company will now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the acquiring company. The acquired company deals with Non-woven items for Industrial applications, which is in line with the objectives of the acquiring company.
