Europe grants clearance for off-highway tire acquisition – 29 Mar 2023

Yokohama Rubber has received antitrust clearance from the European Commission for the acquisition of Trelleborg Wheel Systems Holding. The transfer of shares is expected to be completed in the first half of 2023, pending a decision by the Competition and Markets Authority in the UK.
