French refinery strikes enter the seventh day – 16 Mar 2023

As widespread demonstrations against the government's proposals to modify pension rights continue, strikes at French refineries, fuel depots, and petrochemical facilities have continued for a seventh day. But with storage tanks filling up, some oil products are now being allowed to leave refineries.
