No dramatic recovery for the German chemicals industry – 10 Mar 2023

The German chemical-pharmaceutical sector is expected to continue declining in output in 2023, with a 5% fall predicted. Excluding medicines, production is predicted to shrink by 8% year on year. Additionally, sales in the industry are expected to fall by 7% in 2022 as a result of falling pricing.
