The US$6.7 billion Liwa Plastics Industrial Complex (LPIC), which is slated to start production later this year, is one of Oman's integrated global energy corporation, OQ's, most audacious projects to date. The Sultanate will be firmly established on the world petrochemicals map owing to this game-changing initiative will also increase OQ's GDP contribution.
