Sibur acquires €430 million RusVinyl stake – 6 Mar 2023

Solvay has reached an agreement with its joint venture partner Sibur to sell its 50 per cent ownership in the RusVinyl joint venture for about €430 million. The deal is scheduled to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2023.
