US clears India of circumventing ban – 1 Mar 2023

The US ministry of commerce has not found India guilty of the accusation that certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes (pipe and tube), completed in Oman and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from hot-rolled steel (HRS) produced in India, thereby circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) order on pipe and tube from India.
