Shell in deal for world most flexible petrochemical complex – 1 Mar 2023

Shell will be the technology provider for SMPO, PODer and EOEG for the Phase III expansion of CNOOC and Shell JV, CSPC.

The expansion is massive, and includes a new 1.6 million tons per annum cracker, creating one of the world’s largest and most flexible integrated complexes.
