Krakatau Steel and Chandra Asri conclude sale – 28 Feb 2023

By signing the Conditional Shares and Purchase Agreement (CSPA) with Chandra Asri Petrochemical (Chandra Asri) through its affiliate in February 2023, Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (PT KSI), a division of Krakatau Steel (Persero), has legally transferred to Chandra Asri 70% of Krakatau Daya Listrik and 49% of Krakatau Tirta Industri for a total of Rp 3.24 trillion.
