60ktpa SSBR facility to support the green tire industry – 21 Feb 2023

Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., a subsidiary of the larger Rongsheng Petrochemical group, has commissioned a 60 ktpa solution styrene butadiene rubber (SSBR) production facility in the Chinese port city. It will aid in the development of green tires by supplying rubber with broad features such as high wear resistance, low heat generation, and great wet skid resistance.
