Synthos replies to rumours – 14 Feb 2023

Synthos has replied to hearsay that it is pressing the EU for a ban on Russian synthetic rubber (SR) imports as part of a fresh wave of penalties against the Putin administration. Among other things, media attention has linked Synthos' alleged stance on Russian sanctions to the company's planned reopening of a butadiene rubber factory at its German facility.
