Tatneft acquires Uzbek tire-making company – 10 Feb 2023

Tatneft, a Russian energy and petrochemicals company, has purchased a 100% stake in Uzbek tire producer Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi LLC for $80 million (€75 million). Tatneft will continue to invest in the plant's manufacturing of new types of rubber engineering goods following the full takeover.
