A joint venture (JV) agreement for its Indian business and operations has been inked by Premji Invest and SB Packagings with Austrian flexible packaging provider Constantia Flexibles. The partnership will assist Constantia Flexibles in realising its goal of expanding and adding value to the Indian market.
