The holding company for port SPVs is SP Ports Maintenance Pvt. Ltd. (SP Ports), owned by SP Imperial Star Pvt. Ltd. (SPIS). Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Pvt. Ltd. has a 40% stake in the company, which is a member of the SP group. The Shapoorji Pallonji group's ownership of the company's non-convertible bonds and the successful operations of the underlying port assets at Dharamtar Port and Gopalpur Port continue to support the bonds' grade.
