Elkem reduces Bremanger's manufacturing capacity – 3 Feb 2023

Elkem has made the decision to temporarily shut down one furnace at Bremanger in Norway in order to partially reduce output there. Low silicon sales and high power costs are to blame for this. Customers or staff won't be impacted by the choice.
