Bridgestone and Ascent Robotics collaborate for robotic hands – 3 Feb 2023

To further develop and market its soft robotics for piece-picking, Bridgestone Corp. has partnered with Ascent Robotics, a provider of intelligent robot systems. The "capital and business collaboration," known as Soft Robotics Ventures, will integrate its "soft robotic hands" technology with Ascent's "eye and brain" software, which is powered by AI.
