The purchase of ISAB by G.O.I. Energy Ltd. and Litasco, a 100% subsidiary of Lukoil, have been agreed upon, according to an announcement from Lukoil

In Italy, ISAB is the owner of a sizable petrochemical complex with energy cogeneration, gasification, and refining facilities
