Cefic urges for mass balance technique for circular polymers – 12 Jan 2023

As the polymer sector prepares to achieve 2025 climate and recycling commitments, the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic) has encouraged EU regulators to recognize the "mass balance chain of custody" in circular goods

The chemicals industry association stated in a statement on January 10 that the mass balance strategy was "essential" to expediting chemical recycling and raising the recycled percentage of finished goods
