The new Energy Bill Discount Scheme, which is valid for a year, has been welcomed by business leaders in the UK
However, rivals are quite worried that they would receive far greater assistance, particularly those headquartered in Germany
When compared to German steel makers, UK steel businesses are likely to experience a 63% increase in power costs this year as a result of the reorganized EBDS's discount for energy prices over £185/MWh
