With its four direct subsidiaries, six joint ventures (JVs) and three associates, ONGC is present across the hydrocarbon value chain with operations in refining, petrochemicals, and LNG, in addition to its E&P activities
The company has forward integrated into downstream refining and marketing operations in India through successive acquisitions of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL)
