CPCL project stalled on land acquisition: ONGC has a similar problem – 25 Aug 2022

CPCL's fresh Nagapattinam refinery has been stalled, indefinitely for now it seems (no timeline is available on how long it is going to take for this to clear), because the entire piece of land on which it is to be housed has not been fully acquired. Clearly, the company jumped the gun here, in eliciting bids for EPC contract.
