Adani and RIL plan biogas foray, each to invest Rs 600 cr – 3 Aug 2022

Gautam Adani-led Adani New Industries (ANIL) and Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries (RIL) are planning to set up two compressed biogas (CBG) plants each, senior executives aware of the development said. ANIL plans to set up a 40-million tonne per annum (mtpa) plant in Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat, while RIL is still formalising the location for two similar capacity units.
