Azelis to acquire chemical partners for Africa & Middle East markets – 4 Jul 2022

Azelis announced that it will acquire 100 per cent of the shares of Chemical Partners and Chempart Polymers’ entities in Lebanon and Belgium.

The company is an independent distributor of speciality chemicals with a strong foothold in the industrial chemicals market, particularly in Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers and Rubber & Plastic Additives, in Africa and the Middle East
