Petronas Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG) recently signed an agreement with its joint venture (JV) company, BASF PETRONAS Chemicals Sdn Bhd (BPC), to acquire the 113 kilo- tonnes per annum (ktpa) Maleic Anhydride (MAn) plant located in Malaysia
