Rs 9000 core pump storage plant: EPC package in July 2022

This is a standalone pump storage project (Rs 9000 crore)

Geo-technical investigation and a topographical survey were completed at the site. Drilling and drifting activities were completed. Private land acquisition is in progress and the first phase was completed and phase-2 is yet to start.

Preparation of DPR is in progress.

Preparation of tender is yet to start for the EPC package. Further bids are expected soon.

RFQ for the EPC package for Civil and HM package is likely to be floated in July 2022.
