Sical Connect Ltd: Not cooperating – 2 May 2022

Sical Connect Ltd earlier known as Norsea Offshore India Limited (Norsea) is a step-down subsidiary of Sical Logistics Limited and is engaged in the business of dredging.

The company owned a dredger (total gross block of Rs 136 crore as on 31st March 2018) which it leasesed to its parent, Sical, for the execution of dredging contracts across ports in India

So why is it not cooperating with its rating agency?
