Also, while fingers are pointed at India, what is overlooked is that more than 2,100 US companies and at least 1,200 EU companies have Tier 1 suppliers in Russia

And those numbers expand sharply for sub-contractors: more than 190,000 US companies and at least 109,000 EU companies have Tier 2 and 3 suppliers in Russia
