Fine Organic Industries Limited is a part of the Fine Organics Group,who manufacture oleochemical additives for various end-user industries such as food, plastic, rubber, paint, ink, cosmetics, coatings, textile auxiliaries and lubes.

The company’s key raw material prices have been volatile and their profitability is also vulnerable to the adverse movements in foreign currency

Despite these challenges, FOIL, on a consolidated basis, reported an operating income of Rs. 1,133.4 crore in FY2021, a growth of 9.2% over the FY2020 levels, driven by higher capacity utilisation across all its plants, including its newly commissioned facility at Ambernath
