The Compound Company does an acquisition – 7 Mar 2022

Netherland-based compounds developer and manufacturer The Compound Company announced this week that it has acquired the production site, product portfolio and customer base for Exxelor brand polymer resins from ESSO Deutschland GmbH, ExxonMobil in Cologne, Germany. The acquisition price was not disclosed, but The Compound Company said the Exxelor business is part of its strategy to expand into a wider range of markets
