The US Department of Justice has teamed up with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and competition authorities from a number of other economies, including the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority, in an initiative to “deter, detect and prosecute those who would exploit supply chain disruptions to engage in collusive conduct” in the wake of supply chain disruption and persistent price increases
