Adani, Gujarat Urja settle row over PPA – 9 Feb 2022

The Supreme Court on Tuesday disposed of a plea to reconsider an earlier 2019 top court ruling upholding Adani Power (Mundra) Limited's move to terminate a power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited following an out-of-court settlement between the two sides.
