PNGRB & APTEL: Much to-and-fro – 8 Feb 2022

There is a huge to-and-fro cost whenever a PNGRB decision is challenged with the appellate authority.

As the appellate authority does not have the wherewithal, the matter is often assigned back to the PNGRB as it has the wherewithal to make any alternations or provide technical inputs

It is always necessary to have an appellate authority but a lot of streamlining will be needed for the process to bear fruit
