India-US trade policy: Have a hand in shaping policy – 31 Jan 2022

India- US Trade Policy Forum (TPF) Ministerial meeting was held on 23 November 2021 and both sides discussed outstanding trade issues and a joint statement was issued envisaging a way forward

As per the joint statement, both sides agreed that the TPF should seek to continually deliver concrete outcomes to generate mutual confidence

In this connection, now, the TPF Working Groups on Trade in Goods, Trade in Agriculture, Services, Intellectual Property and Investment are to develop, by March 2022, plans of action for making substantive progress on outstanding bilateral trade issues
