A one para change in a letter of authorization that the PNGRB did not issue cost this company at least Rs 500 crore.

That is the level of unaccountability in the system

Will someone pay for it?

Will there be an investigation?

The opacity in the system lends itself to the charge that unaccountability is the order of the day in supposedly transparent bodies such as the PNGRB
