DuPont Clean Technologies has announced that the STRATCO alkylation unit at the Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Co. Ltd (FREP) refinery in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China, has successfully started up and completed the performance test, certifying that the unit is meeting performance guarantees
