The government has decided to cast arbitrations and court battles battles by public sector companies in a different light

The decision to appeal against a judgement by a court of an arbitration tribunal will no longer be automatic

And even if an appeal is made, it will be better to pay up a significant part of the money, in case of an adverse judgement
