Less availability of imported ABS tightens stocks in Delhi market – 27 Jun 2014

ABS stock situation in the Delhi market has become tight as the South Korea-based LG has been releasing its ABS supplies in less quantities, according to traders in the market. However, the tight stock situation has not resulted in any upward price movement for the engineering polymer as the demand is moderate, due to most end-users curtailing their production rates, as learnt. 
 

A trader in the Delhi market told the website that demand for the polymer material was moderate in the market and they were expecting that price for the material will stay stable in the near future. He was selling ABS, of Total SA, at around Rs148-150 a kg.
 

A Mumbai based trader revels the similar market trend regarding the polymer material in the market. He was selling ABS, of styrolution, Rs 150 a kg.
