India and Canada are in discussion for concluding the CEPA in two phases; first phase, as an Early Harvest or an interim agreement. In the second phase, the comprehensive agreement covering substantial tariff lines could be pursued
With respect to possible Early harvest agreement, Canada has forwarded its wish list formally
