Savita Oil Technologies Limited holds 10000 equity shares of Savita Polymers Limited (SPL) and proposes to acquire balance 6,00,000 equity shares of SPL

E&Y has been appointed to find out the fair value of these shares

The merged entity will then be the only Indian manufacturer of all three types of transformer fluids, namely, mineral oil, natural ester and synthetic ester
